Sessions take place on a secure video platform. You get a link before each appointment. All you need is a private space and a stable connection.
Who it’s for
Online therapy works well for most people and most concerns, and it saves the drive. You need to be physically in Virginia during each session, because that’s where I’m licensed.
Good to know
You can mix online and in-person sessions whenever you like.
