EMDR intensives in Richmond, Virginia. Three-hour sessions over two or three days, for people who want focused work on a specific memory or theme.
Intensives are $495 per three-hour block. Ask for a Good Faith Estimate before booking.
What it is
An intensive gathers several hours of EMDR into a few days instead of spreading them over months. It isn’t right for everyone, so we always start with a consultation to see if it fits.
Good to know
Intensives are offered in person only, with breaks built in. You’ll receive a written Good Faith Estimate before we begin.
